GST as everyone would know by now is one of the most revolutionary tax reforms introduced by the BJP govt in 2017. As a end customer it is important to understand how GST will impact you

  • The first 2 digits is the state code
  • Next ten digits is the PAN
  • The thirteenth digit will be assigned based on the number of registration within a state
  • The fourteenth digit will be Z by default
  • The last digit will be for check code. It may be an alphabet or a number
